Please reach me at rebekah@whitewillowstrings.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I will arrive between 45 minutes - 1 hour to set up, do sound check, and make sure everything is ready to go for your special day!
I will need access to an outlet, a chair, and shelter in case of bad weather or if it is sunny. If you are not able to provide those things, please let me know ahead of time as I am sometimes able to work out a solution.
Yes, I take one free song request. Each additional song requested costs $15 to learn.
I do not attend rehearsals, but I promise that I have done this many times. I know when to fade out to the music and I will communicate with your wedding coordinator to give me a thumbs up on when to start playing the processional.
I can cut and edit the background track of the song so it will start and end just where you want it to. The easiest way to communicate this is to send me specific time stamps and I can make it happen!
Absolutely! It makes everything sound fuller and gives it that extra layer of sound. I can play without it if you want, but I personally think it sounds better with piano or guitar in the background as well.
Weather is an important topic as I play on a delicate and expensive wooden instrument.
Damage from playing outdoors can be costly. To avoid this, I will need access to a cover/shelter in
case of extreme sun or rain. Here is an outline of my policy in regards to temperature:
Below 55°F: I will not play outdoors. I will play indoors and amplification to the outdoor wedding
will need to be worked with the venue.
55-95°F: No issues!
Above 95°F: I will not play outdoors. I will play indoors and amplification to the outdoor wedding will need to be worked with the venue.
